Oct. 2007 - March 2009 - Managed a $3.8 million dollar construction project for Trinity Lutheran Church
- Utilized Microsoft Project 2007 to schedule and manage project timelines
- Worked with client to determine estimated costs and time line for project
- Developed and maintained actual cost versus projected cost reports
- Negotiated bids from vendors
- Managed daily implementation and work of the different subcontractors.
- Prepared for and meet with all inspectors
- Managed all aspects of a safe jobsite
